Ingredients:
- Brown Bread – 2 Slices
- Cauliflower – 1/2 Cup
- Beans – 1/2 Cup
- Carrots – 1/2 Cup
- Cabbage – 1/2 Cup
- Capsicum – 1/2 Cup
- Onion – 1/2 Cup
- Spices – as per taste
- Green chutney – 2 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
Instructions:
This recipe will make 1 serving of vegetable sandwich.
Chop all the vegetables to your desired size.
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add any desired spices to the heated oil.
Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté them until they are slightly tender. Season with salt to taste.
Once the vegetables are cooked, remove them from the heat.
Take two slices of brown bread and spread the sautéed vegetable mixture evenly between them to make two sandwiches.
(Optional) You can spread some green chutney on the inside of the bread slices before adding the vegetable mixture.
