Rajma chana salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup boiled white chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup boiled rajma (kidney beans)
  • 1/3 cup onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup tomato (finely chopped)
  • 2 green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds

Instructions:

Prepare the Ingredients: Finely chop the onion, tomato, and green chilies.

Mix the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, boiled rajma, chopped onion, tomato, and green chilies. Add the cumin powder, salt, and chaat masala. Mix well.

Add Final Touches: Stir in the chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.

Add the pomegranate seeds and mix gently.

Serve: Serve immediately as a healthy and refreshing salad.

Serving Size: This recipe makes about 2 servings of chana rajma salad. Enjoy your nutritious and flavorful salad!
