Ingredients:
- Banana – 1 medium-sized
- Curd or Unflavoured Yogurt – 1 cup (110 g)
- Oats – 1/3 cup (30 g)
- Ice Cube – 3
- (Optional) Water – 1/4 glass (60 ml)
- (Optional) Cinnamon Powder – 1/2 tsp
- (Optional) Seed Mix – 1 tsp
Instructions:
This recipe makes 1 serving.
Peel the bananas and cut it into small pieces.
Add banana, oats, curd, ice, and (optional) cinnamon powder in a blender.
(Optional) You can also add water if you want a less thicker consistency.
Blend all ingredients for 1-2 minutes or till liquid like consistency.
Pour the smoothie in a glass and (optional) garnish it with seeds mix.
Serve Chilled!
