Ingredients:
- Rolled (Instant) Oats – 3 tbsp (30 grams approx.)
- Low Fat Milk – 1 glass (200 ml)
- Fruits – 1 cup in total
- (Optional) Jaggery Powder – 1 tsp
- (Optional) Nuts – 1 tsp
- (Optional) Seed Mix – 1 tsp
Instructions:
This recipe will make 1 serving of Oats and Fruits in Milk.
Put oats in a saucepan and dry roast them on low flame for 60-90 seconds.
As the colour of oats changes, add (50 ml) of water and let it cook for a minute.
Now, pour 200 ml of low-fat milk into a saucepan with oats and water.
Let the mixture boil for 5 minutes or until it becomes thick.
Once boiled, pour it into a bowl.
Add 1 cup from the following recommended fruits by Fitelo: Apple, Banana, Papaya, Pineapple, Berries, and Pomegranate.
Add 1 tsp of jaggery powder to add a hint of sweetness.(Optional)
You can also garnish your oats milk with nuts like almonds, cashews, walnuts, or seeds mixture.
Enjoy the Oats and fruits in milk while it is warm. (Optional)
Note – In this milk, you can also use Almond Milk, Oat Milk, or Peanut Milk as a Milk Alternative.
