Ingredients:
- 1 roti
- 1-2 slices cucumber
- 2 tsp any leftover sabzi or mixed veg sabzi
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 tbsp coriander chutney
- 1 slice onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
Prepare the Roti: Heat the roti on a tawa and apply 1 tsp olive oil on both sides.
Assemble the Wrap: Spread 2 tbsp coriander chutney evenly on the roti. Place the cucumber, tomato, and onion slices in the center. Add 2 tsp of leftover sabzi or mixed veg sabzi on top.
Wrap and Serve: Roll the roti tightly to form a wrap.
