Ingredients:
- Potato: 2 cups, diced
- Water: 400 ml
- Cumin Seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Mustard Oil/Olive Oil: 1 tsp
- Green Chilli: 1, finely chopped
- Salt: as per taste
- (Optional) Coriander Leaves: for garnishing
Instructions:
Heat Oil: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Sauté Chilli: Add finely chopped green chilli and sauté for a minute.
Cook Potatoes: Add diced potatoes and salt.
Stir well to coat the potatoes with oil and spices.
Add Water: Pour in 400 ml of water. Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender and the water is mostly absorbed.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped coriander leaves if desired.
Serve hot with roti or rice.
