Ingredients:
- Black Chana – 0.5 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Salt – 0.5 tsp
- Tomato – 1
- Ginger – 0.25
- Coriander Leaf – 5
- Black Pepper – 1 tsp
- Paneer – 0.5 cup
- Lemon – 0.5
Instructions:
Soak One Bowl Of Channa For 3-4 hours.
Put them in a cooker & add 2 bowls of water in it with 1 tsp of salt.
Let it cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes
Separate water & channa using the strainer.
Put the water in a pan & let it boil on a medium flame.
Put the channa & 1 tomato in a mixer & let them blend finely.
Add the mixture to the pan & let it boil
Add finely chopped ginger & coriander leaves with a tsp of salt & black pepper. Cook it for 10 minutes.
Add finely chopped paneer cubes & squeeze the lemon on top.
Serve high protein soup
