Ingredients:
- Mushroom: 0.5 cup, sliced
- Capsicum: 0.5 cup, chopped
- Onion: 2 tsp, chopped
- Broccoli: 0.5 cup, chopped
- Oats: 0.5 cup
- Cashew: 2 tsp
- Flax Seeds: 0.25 cup
- Milk: 0.5 cup
- Pasta: 0.5 cup, boiled
- Nutmeg Powder: 1 tsp
- Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
- Onion Powder: 1 tsp
- Oregano: 1 tsp
- Salt: 2 tsp
- Chilli Flakes: 1 tsp
- Oil: 0.5 tsp
Instructions:
Sauté Vegetables: Spray oil in a pan. Add mushrooms, capsicum, and onion. Sauté for 5-6 minutes. Add broccoli and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
Prepare Sauce: In a blender, blend oats, cashews, and flax seeds until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a pan and add milk. Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously. Add nutmeg powder, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, chilli flakes, and salt.
Cook for 5 minutes until thickened.
Combine and Serve: Add the sautéed vegetables and boiled pasta to the sauce. Mix well. Serve hot.
