Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1 cucumber
- 2 mint leaves
- 1/4 cup water
- 5-6 mint leaves (for garnish)
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions:
Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop the apple and cucumber. Grate the ginger. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
Blend: In a blender, combine the apple, cucumber, mint leaves, grated ginger, and water.
Blend until smooth.
Serve: Pour the slush into a glass. Garnish with additional mint leaves.
