Preparation
n a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled sweet potato cubes, chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
Add cumin powder, chaat masala, red chili powder (if using), and salt.

Toss everything gently to mix.
Sprinkle crushed roasted peanuts on top for crunch.
