Ingredients
- Sattu (roasted gram flour): 2 tbsp
- Water: 1 cup (cold or room temperature)
- Jaggery powder or sugar: 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
- Lemon juice: 1 tsp
- Black salt: a pinch
- Roasted cumin powder: a pinch
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, add sattu, jaggery powder or sugar, black salt, and roasted cumin powder.
Gradually pour water into the bowl, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Serve immediately, garnished with a pinch of roasted cumin powder (optional).
