Ingredients
- Greek yogurt or thick curd: 1 cup
- Mixed fruits (such as bananas, apples, berries, or mangoes), chopped: 1 cup
- Mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews), chopped: 2 tbsp
- Granola or muesli: 2 tbsp
- Honey or maple syrup: 1-2 tsp (optional)
- Chia seeds or flaxseeds: 1 tsp (optional)
Preparation
In a serving glass or bowl, add a layer of Greek yogurt.
Top with a layer of mixed chopped fruits.
Sprinkle a layer of granola or muesli and a few chopped nuts.
Repeat the layers until the glass or bowl is filled, ending with a yogurt layer.
Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top for sweetness, if desired.
Garnish with chia seeds, flaxseeds, or additional nuts and fruits.
Servings: Makes 1-2 servings.
