Ingredients
- Fresh pineapple, chopped: 1 cup
- Yogurt (plain or Greek): 1/2 cup
- Milk or coconut milk: 1/2 cup
- Honey or maple syrup (optional): 1 tsp
- Ice cubes: 4-5
- Ginger (optional), grated: 1/4 tsp
Preparation
Add the chopped pineapple, yogurt, milk or coconut milk, and ice cubes to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add honey or maple syrup, if needed, for additional sweetness.
Optionally, add grated ginger for a slight spicy kick and blend again briefly.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Servings: Makes 1 large or 2 small servings.
Notes:
- For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt and milk.
- Add a few mint leaves while blending for a refreshing twist.
- Adjust the thickness by adding more milk or ice as desired.
