Ingredients
- Fresh coriander leaves: ½ cup
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Ginger: 1 small piece, grated
- Honey (optional): 1 teaspoon
- Water: 1 cup
- Cumin powder: a pinch (optional)
- Salt: a pinch (optional)
Preparation
Wash the fresh coriander leaves thoroughly and chop them roughly.
In a blender, add the chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger, lemon juice, honey (if using), and cumin powder.
Add 1 cup of water and blend until smooth.
Strain the drink to remove the pulp (optional).
Serve chilled or at room temperature. Add a pinch of salt for extra flavor, if desired.
