- Ripe guava, chopped: 1 cup
- Banana (optional, for creaminess): ½
- Milk or coconut water: ½ cup
- Honey or dates (for sweetness): 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Lemon juice: ½ teaspoon
- Chia seeds or flaxseeds: 1 teaspoon (optional, for extra nutrition)
- Ice cubes: 4-5
Preparation
Blend chopped guava with milk/coconut water until smooth.
Strain if needed to remove seeds (optional).
Add banana, honey, lemon juice, and seeds. Blend again.
Add ice cubes and blend for a final smooth texture.
Pour into a glass and serve chilled.
