Ingredients
- Eggs: 4
- Water: Enough to cover eggs
- Ice cubes: For cooling
Preparation
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water.
Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once boiling, reduce the heat and let them simmer for 10-12 minutes for firm egg whites.
Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them sit for 5 minutes to stop further cooking.
Gently crack the eggs and peel off the shells.
Carefully remove the yolks and discard or use separately.
