Ingredients
- Water: 1 glass (250 ml)
- Chia seeds: 1 tbsp
- Fresh lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation
Add chia seeds to water and stir well.
Let them soak for 10-15 minutes until they expand and form a gel-like consistency.
Add lemon juice, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt.
Stir well and serve immediately.
