Ingredients:
- Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
- Carom Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Water – 300 ml RO purified
- (Optional) Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Instructions:
This recipe will make 1 cup of Ajwain Saunf Tea.
Take RO purified water and pour it in a saucepan.
Bring the water to a boil on medium flame.
Add fennel seeds and carom seeds in pan and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
(Optional) You can add lemon juice for taste.
Strain it in a cup and sip slowly. Enjoy!
