Ingredients
- Apple, peeled and chopped: 1 medium
- Unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice): 1 cup
- Greek yogurt (unsweetened): ½ cup
- Cinnamon powder: ½ tsp
- Rolled oats: 2 tbsp
- Honey or maple syrup (optional): 1 tsp
- Ice cubes: 3-4
Preparation
Peel and chop the apple into small pieces for easier blending.
In a blender, add the apple, almond milk, Greek yogurt, cinnamon powder, rolled oats, and ice cubes.
If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
Pour into two glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder or a few apple slices. Serve immediately.

Notes
- For added nutrition, you can include a tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseeds.
- This smoothie can also be made dairy-free by using plant-based yogurt.
- For a thicker consistency, add a frozen banana or reduce the milk quantity slightly.
- To keep it entirely sugar-free, skip the sweetener if the apple is naturally sweet.
