Ingredients:
- 1 cup bajra (pearl millet) flour
- Water (as needed for dough)
- Rice/corn flour for dusting (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, add bajra flour. Gradually add warm water and knead to form a soft dough. Ensure the dough is smooth and pliable.
Roll the Rotis: Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Dust each ball with Rice/corn flour (optional) and roll it out into a thin roti.
Cook the Rotis: Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled roti on the tawa and cook until bubbles form. Flip the roti and cook the other side until golden brown spots appear.
