Ingredients:
- 3 bananas (sliced)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 5-6 chopped almonds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
Instructions:
Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt until smooth.
Add Ingredients: Add the sliced bananas, chia seeds, and chopped almonds to the yogurt. Mix well.
Roast Cumin Seeds: In a small pan, dry roast the cumin seeds until fragrant. Let them cool slightly, then crush them coarsely.
Season the Raita: Add the roasted cumin seeds and red chili powder to the yogurt mixture. Stir well to combine.
Finish and Serve: Garnish with additional chopped almonds and a sprinkle of red chili powder if desired. Serve chilled.
