- Cheese (grated, mozzarella or cheddar): ½ cup
- Garlic (minced): 2 cloves
- Butter (or olive oil): 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder: ½ teaspoon

- Oregano or mixed herbs: ½ teaspoon
- Salt: to taste
- Low-fat mayonnaise or Greek yogurt: 1 tablespoon (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). If using a pan, heat on low flame.
Sauté garlic in butter for 30 seconds, then add chopped broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and chili flakes. Mix well and turn off the heat.
Spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt on each bread slice.
Top with sautéed broccoli mixture and sprinkle grated cheese generously.

Serve hot, garnished with extra chili flakes or herbs if desired.

Notes
- Use multigrain or sourdough bread for a healthier version.
- Replace cheese with paneer crumbles for a high-protein variation.
- Add finely chopped bell peppers or corn for extra crunch and sweetness.
- Can be made in an air fryer at 180°C for 5-7 minutes.
