Ingredients

  • Carrot: 1 medium, peeled and chopped
  • Apple: 1 medium, cored and chopped
  • Orange juice: ½ cup (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • Yogurt (plain or Greek): ½ cup (optional for creaminess)
  • Water: ½ cup (or as needed for desired consistency)
  • Ginger: ½ inch piece, peeled (optional, for flavor)
  • Honey or maple syrup: 1 tsp (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes: 4-5

Preparation

Ensure the carrot and apple are clean, peeled, and chopped into small pieces for easier blending.

In a blender, combine the carrot, apple, orange juice, yogurt (if using), water, ginger, and honey.

Add ice cubes and blend until you get a smooth and creamy texture.

Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed.

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor.
