Ingredients:
- Lukewarm Water – 1½ cup (300 ml) RO purified
- Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp
- (Optional) Lemon – 1 tbsp
- (Optional) Honey – 1/2 tsp
Instructions:
This recipe makes 1 cup of Chia Seeds Water.
Add 1½ cups (300 ml water) and 1 tbsp of chia seeds to a glass. Mix them well.
Let it sit for 15 minutes
Now, add (optional) lemon juice and honey to it.
Have the chia seed water early in the morning.
Notes- Drinking chia seed water in the morning can help with digestion and bowel movement.
Excellent for protein consumption, heart health, bone health, blood sugar regulation, and digestion.
