- 150 g chicken on bone
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 green chili (sliced)
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
- 3 tsp spring onion (for garnish)
- 4 cups water
Instructions:
Prepare the Soup Base: In a large pot, add chicken on bone, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, bay leaves, green chili, salt, and black peppercorns.
Pour in 4 cups of water.
Cook the Soup: Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the flavors are well combined.
Strain and Serve: Remove the chicken and bay leaves from the pot.
Strain the soup to remove any solids, leaving a clear broth.
Garnish with chopped spring onion before serving.
