Chicken vegetable wrap

Ingredients:

  • Small chicken breast – 100 g
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper- to taste
  • Paprika – 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Shredded lettuce – 1/4 cup
  • Diced tomatoes – 1/4 cup
  • Shredded carrots – 1/4 cup
  • Sliced cucumbers – 1/4 cup
  • Bell peppers – 1/4 cup
  • Wheat flour roti – 1

Instructions:

This recipe will make 1 serving of Veg and Chicken Wrap.

Preheat a grill pan over medium flame.

Rub the chicken breast with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

While the chicken is cooking, wash and chop the vegetables. Lay the roti flat on a clean surface.

Layer the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and bell peppers in the center of the roti.

Place the sliced chicken on top of the veggies.

Fold in the sides of the roti and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring all the fillings stay inside.

Cut the wrap in half if desired and serve immediately. Enjoy your healthy and tasty chicken and vegetable wrap!
