Ingredients
- Cucumber: 1 medium, grated or finely chopped
- Yogurt (curd): 1 cup
- Roasted cumin powder: ½ tsp
- Green chili: 1, finely chopped (optional)
- Fresh coriander leaves: 1 tbsp, chopped
- Salt: to tasteBlack salt: a pinch (optional)
Preparation
Whisk the yogurt until smooth.
Add grated or chopped cucumber, roasted cumin powder, green chili, salt, and black salt.
Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve chilled as a side dish with parathas, biryanis, or pulao.
