Ingredients:
- 1 cup boiled rice
- 2 cups curd
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- 0.5 tsp mustard seeds
- 0.25 tsp hing (asafoetida)
- Black salt (to taste)
- 2 curry leaves
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp ginger (cut into long strips)
Instructions:
Prepare the Rice: Mix boiled rice with curd in a bowl until well combined.
Prepare the Tempering: Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter. Add chopped green chili, hing, curry leaves, and ginger. Sauté for a minute.
Combine: Add the tempering to the curd rice mixture. Mix well. Add black salt to taste and stir to combine.
Serve: Serve chilled or at room temperature.
