Ingredients:
- Cooked rice – 1/2 cup
- Egg – 1
- Vegetable oil or sesame oil – 1 tsp
- Onion, diced – 2 tablespoons
- Bell pepper, diced (any color you prefer) – 1/2 Cup
- Green onion, chopped – 1
- Soy sauce – 1 tsp (optional)
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions:
Heat Oil: Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan or wok over medium heat.
Cook the Egg: Beat the egg and pour it into the pan. Scramble until fully cooked, then remove and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables: In the same pan, add diced onion and bell pepper. Cook until they are slightly tender.
Add Rice: Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well.
Combine Ingredients: Add the scrambled egg back to the pan. Stir in the chopped green onion.
Season: Add soy sauce (if using), salt, and pepper to taste.
Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
