Ingredients:
- 2 Boiled Eggs (chopped)
- 1/2 Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 Tomato (chopped)
- 1 cup Iceberg Lettuce (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Juice of 1/2 Lemon
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2-3 Basil Leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp Seed Mix
- (Optional) 1 handful Spring Onio
Instructions:
Prepare Ingredients: Chop the boiled eggs, onion, tomato, iceberg lettuce, and optional spring onions.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine all the chopped ingredients. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, and chopped basil leaves.
Dress the Salad: Squeeze the lemon juice over the salad.
Add the seed mix and toss everything together gently.
