Ingredients:
- Chamomile Tea leaves- 1 pinch
- Mint Leaf – 4-5 leaves
- Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
- Fresh Ginger – 1/2 tsp grated
- Coriander seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Water – 300 ml RO purified
Instructions:
This recipe will make 1 cup of Herbal Belly Tea.
Take 300 ml RO Purified Water and pour it in a saucepan.
Bring the water to boil and then switch off the flame.
Add Chamomile Tea leaves, fennel seeds, grated ginger and coriander seeds to water.
Keep the lid closed for 5-7 minutes.
Strain it in a cup and sip slowly. Enjoy!
