Ingredients:
- Carrots – 500 gm
- Dates – 100 gm
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1 tbsp
- Milk -100 ml
- Water – 1/4 cup
Instructions:
This recipe will make 1 serving of Gajar ka halwa. Peel and cut the carrots.
Remove pits from dates and finely chop them.
In a pressure cooker add ghee, dates once it turns golden brown add grated carrot. Saute it.
Add milk ,cardamom powder and water. Mix well. Cook on medium flame until 2 whistles. Mash it.
Your Gajar ka halwa is ready! Serve it chilled.
Note:- Cow milk or Almond milk can be used.
