Ingredients:
- Ginger – 1 tsp (5 grams)
- Mint Leaf – 4-5
- Water – 300 ml RO purified(1.5 cups)
Instructions:
- This recipe will make 1 servings of ginger mint water.
- Take a large pan and add 300 mL of water to it.
- Bring the water to a boil on a medium flame.
- Add 1 tsp of grated ginger and 4-5 chopped mint leaves to the boiling water.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the volume reduces by 1/3rd.
- Strain the water to a glass or steel container and let it cool for 5-6 minutes.
- Consume lukewarm!
