Ingredients:
- 200g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Oil spray
Instructions:
Marinate the Paneer: In a bowl, combine oregano, chili flakes, garlic salt, and lime juice. Add the paneer cubes and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the Griddle Pan: Spray the griddle pan with oil spray and heat over medium-high heat.
Grill the Paneer: Place the marinated paneer cubes on the griddle pan.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly charred.
Serve: Serve the grilled paneer hot, garnished with extra chili flakes or herbs if desired.
