Ingredients:
- Guava (ripe, deseeded): 1 medium
- Spinach leaves: 1 cup
- Cucumber (chopped): ½ medium
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Ginger (small piece, peeled): ½ inch

Preparation
Peel and deseed the guava, then chop it roughly.
Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly.
Chop the cucumber and peel the ginger.
In a blender, combine guava, spinach, cucumber, ginger, lemon juice, and water.
Add honey if using. Blend until smooth.
For a smoother juice, strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
Pour the juice into glasses, add ice cubes if desired, and serve immediately.
