Ingredients
- Ripe guava (finely chopped, seeds removed if hard): 1 cup
- Tomato (finely chopped): ½ cup
- Onion (finely chopped): ¼ cup
- Green chili (finely chopped, adjust to taste): 1
- Coriander leaves (chopped): 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper powder: ¼ teaspoon
- Roasted cumin powder: ½ teaspoon
Preparation
Wash and finely chop the guava, tomato, onion, and green chili.
Remove seeds from guava if they are too hard.
In a bowl, combine guava, tomato, onion, and green chili.
Add coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and roasted cumin powder.
Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to blend flavors.
Serve fresh as a dip, topping for tacos, or with nachos.
