Ingredients
- Hung curd: ½ cup
- Whole-grain bread slices: 4
- Finely chopped vegetables (cucumber, capsicum, carrot, onion, tomato): ½ cup
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper: ¼ teaspoon
- Chat masala: ½ teaspoon
- Fresh coriander leaves: 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Butter or olive oil: for toasting (optional)
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine hung curd, chopped vegetables, salt, black pepper, chat masala, and coriander leaves. Mix well to make the filling.
Spread the prepared filling evenly on one slice of bread. Place another slice on top to make a sandwich.
Toast the sandwich on a heated skillet or sandwich maker with a little butter or olive oil until golden and crisp (optional).
Cut the sandwich into halves or quarters and serve immediately.
Serving Size: Makes 2 sandwiches
