Ingredients:
- Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander seeds (Dhania) – 1 tbsp (10 grams)
- Water – 900 ml RO purified
Instructions:
This recipe will make 3 servings of Jeera Dhania Water.
Take a large pan and add 900 mL of water to it.
Bring the water to a boil on a medium flame.
Add cumin seeds (jeera) and coriander seeds (dhania) to the water.
Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the volume reduces by 1/3rd.
Strain the water to a glass or steel container and let it cool for 5-6 minutes.
Consume lukewarm!
