Ingredients:
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup cabbage (shredded)
- 1/4 cup coriander (chopped)
- 1/4 cup beans (chopped)
- 1/4 cup carrot (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
Sauté the Onions: Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a pot. Add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste, sauté until onions are translucent.
Cook the Vegetables: Add shredded cabbage, chopped beans, and chopped carrot to the pot. Sauté for a few minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
Simmer the Soup: Add 3 cups of water, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until all vegetables are cooked.
Finish and Serve: Add chopped coriander and lemon juice. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with additional coriander if desired.
