Ingredients:
- Makhana – 1 cup
- Ghee – 1.5 tsp
- Curry Leaf – 10
- Mint – 2 tsp
- Chat Masala – 1 tsp
- Salt – 0.5 tsp
- Black Pepper – 0.5 tsp
Instructions:
In a non stick pan or kadai, add 1-2 tsp of ghee. Let it heat for a minute.
Then add 9-10 curry leaves and let them crackle.
Add bowl of makhana.
Then add the main spice: dried mint (pudina) powder.
Add some Chaat masala.
Now add 1/2 tsp salt to it.
Sprinkle some black pepper.
Lastly, toss all the ingredients
Your Makhana Chaat is ready to serve!
