Ingredients:
- Paneer (diced): 100 g
- Onion: 1 small-sized, finely chopped
- Tomato: 1/2 medium-sized, finely chopped
- Mixed vegetables (carrot, bell pepper, peas): 100 g total
- Oil or Ghee: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1/4 tsp or as per taste
- Cumin seeds: 1/4 tsp
- Green Chilli: 1, finely chopped
- Black Pepper Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: a pinch
- Green Coriander Leaves: 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the onion, tomato, and mixed vegetables. Dice the paneer.
Cooking: Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onion and green chili, sauté until onions turn golden brown. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften. Add mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender. Add salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well. Add diced paneer and gently stir to combine. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until paneer is heated through and vegetables are fully cooked.
Serve: Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti, paratha, or rice.
