Ingredients
- 1/2 cup boiled or steamed peanut sprouts
- 1/2 cup steamed moong sprout
- 1 small cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala (optional)
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the peanut sprouts, cucumber, tomato, onion (if using), and green chili.
Add salt, lemon juice, and chaat masala (if using). Mix everything well.
Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves on top for garnish.
Serve immediately or chill for 10-15 minutes before serving for enhanced flavors.
Servings: 2-3
Notes
- You can use roasted or soaked raw peanuts instead of sprouts if desired.
- Add grated carrots or boiled corn for extra crunch and flavor.
- A dash of olive oil can be added for a richer taste.
