Ingredients
- Eggs: 4
- Milk (optional): 2 tbsp
- Butter or oil: 1 tsp
- Salt: To taste
- Black pepper: To taste
- Fresh herbs (optional, like chives or coriander): For garnish
Preparation
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk (if using), and whisk well until fluffy.
Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over low-medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and let it sit for a few seconds.
Gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges to the center.
Keep stirring occasionally until they are soft, slightly runny, and creamy.
Remove from heat while still a bit moist, as they will continue cooking with residual heat.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
Servings: 2
Notes

Pair with sautéed vegetables for a healthy meal.
