Ingredients:
- Soya Granules: 1 cup
- Peas: 1/2 cup
- Onion: 1, chopped
- Tomato: 1, chopped
- Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
- Garam Masala: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp, or as per taste
- Oil: 1 tsp
- Water: 1/2 cup
Instructions:
Prepare Soya Granules: Soak soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
Cook Onions and Spices: Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Stir well.
Add Tomatoes and Cook: Add chopped tomatoes to the pan. Cook until tomatoes are soft and oil separates.
Combine Soya and Peas: Add soaked soya granules and peas. Mix well. Add salt and 1/2 cup water. Stir to combine.
Simmer: Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes, until peas and soya granules are cooked through.
Serve: Serve hot with roti or rice.
