Ingredients:
- Whole Moong Sprouts – 100 g
- Curd – 2 tbsp
- Oats Flour – 50 grams
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
- Coriander seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Cumin (Jeera) Seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger – 1/2 inch
- Green Chilli – 1 finely-chopped
- Coriander Leaves – a handful finely-chopped
- Water- 1/2 cup (100 mL)
Instructions:
This recipe will make 3-4 Moong Sprouts Dosa.
Add 1 cup of moong sprouts, curd, red chili powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, green chili, ginger, fresh coriander leaves, and water according to the consistency.
You will obtain a thick batter.
Add oats flour and salt to the batter and mix it well.
Now let the batter sit for 15 minutes.
Heat a dosa tawa on medium heat and spread 1-2 spoonfuls of batter and spread evenly.
Lower the flame and cook until golden brown from one side, flip on other side.
Healthy sprouts dosa is ready to serve hot and crispy.
