Ingredients:
- Moong Sprouts – 0.5 cup
- Chana Sprouts – 0.5 cup
- Besan – 0.75 cup
- Flax Seeds – 0.5 tsp
- Hing – 0.25 tsp
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Salt – 0.5 tsp
- Red Chilli – 1 tsp
- Green Chilli – 2
- Sesame Seeds – 1 tsp
- Chat Masala – 1 tsp
- Pomegranate – 3 tsp
Instructions:
Blend both chana and moong sprouts
Add besan and mix it with all the other ingredients
Divide the mixture into small round balls and roll them into small flat round tikki you can also add some seseme seeds for garnishing.
Place them into a pan which is kept medium flame and put some ghee over it
Let the tikkis turn golden brown .
Then garnish them with the mithi dahi mixture
Add some green chutney and grated beetroot and ginger. Also add some anar seeds
Garnish it with chaat masala
