Ingredients:
- Water – 300 ml RO purified
- Organic Cinnamon Powder – 1 pinch
- Kesar Strands – 4 to 5
- Whole Green Cardamom (seeded) – 1
- Almond – 4 overnight soaked
Instructions:
This recipe will make 1 cup of Weight Loss Tea
Take 300 ml RO Purified Water and pour it in a saucepan.
Add a pinch of organic cinnamon powder, 4 to 5 kesar strands, and 1 crushed green cardamon (elaichi) to the pan.
Boil it for 5-7 minutes.
Separately, add 4 overnight soaked almonds (crushed) in an empty cup.
Now, Strain the tea into a cup. Serve hot and sip slowly.
