Ingredients:
- Whole Wheat Flour: 1 cup
- Wheat Bran Flour: 1/4 cup
- Water: As needed to form a soft dough
Instructions:
Mix Flours: In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of whole wheat flour and 1/4 cup of wheat bran flour.
Knead Dough: Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a soft dough. Use enough water to achieve a smooth, pliable dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
Form Rotis: Divide the dough into 4 equal-sized balls.
Roll each ball into a thin, round roti using a rolling pin and a lightly floured surface.
Cook Rotis: Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat.
Cook each roti on the tawa until both sides are golden brown and cooked through, flipping occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Serving Size: Makes about 4 Rotis.
